I'm Getting Too Old!

Actually, I think the title of this post says it all. After playing softball ALL day yesterday, my body is full of complaints today. It's so sad when you realize you are old.

I've always heard the saying "You're only as old as you feel"...who's bright idea was that? ;-) (Obviously it came from someone in better shape than us!)
